All core data-processing tools run client-side, in your browser; the content you paste into a tool is not transmitted to our servers as part of that processing. Some pages also display third-party advertising and may load third-party scripts (see Section 7).

4. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use the materials (software) on SmartJson's website for personal or internal business use. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials for commercial redistribution as a competing service.
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the website.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to place excessive load on the Service or to bypass its intended browser-based use.
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notices from the materials.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the data you choose to paste, upload, or process using SmartJson's tools, and for verifying that any converted or formatted output meets your needs before relying on it. In no event shall SmartJson, KS Eminance LLC, or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on SmartJson's website, even if SmartJson or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Service, without notice, for any use that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the Service or other users.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by KS Eminance LLC, a company operating under the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas.
